Job summary

Monroe Truck Equipment, Inc. is seeking a customer-focused parts and sales support representative in De Pere, Wisconsin.

You will respond to customer inquiries, assist with quotes, and ensure accurate processing of parts orders for jobs, repairs, and warranty work while delivering an excellent customer experience. You will troubleshoot needs using parts manuals, support multiple product lines, and collaborate with the Outside Sales Team to convert quotes into system orders for build.

Qualifications

• Associate degree (preferred) plus 6+ months of experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions , and percentages.
• Word processing, E-mail, Order processing, Inventory, Manufacturing software, Database software

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer calls, emails and inquiries for parts and follow-up as needed.
• Troubleshoot customer needs by description and reference parts manuals to provide solutions.
• Support all product lines including snowplows, snow & ice, truck equipment, accessories, and commercial upfit work.
• Work with Outside Sales Team to prepare quotes and process jobs into system for build.
