Job summary

Pasona N A, Inc. seeks an Inside Sales Representative in Duluth, GA to manage customer accounts and support both existing and prospective customers throughout the sales process. You will respond to inquiries, prepare quotations, and coordinate with Outside Sales and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 2–3 years of experience in inside sales, sales support, customer service, account management, or a related field preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple customer inquiries and priorities in a timely and organized manner.
• Experience with CRM or similar sales/account management systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• SAP experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with sales and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned customer accounts and build strong relationships through regular communication and follow-up.
• Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, Live Chat, and other communication channels.
• Provide information regarding products, pricing, availability, delivery, and other general sales inquiries.
• Identify potential sales leads and business opportunities from incoming customer inquiries.
• Prepare and issue quotations in accordance with company pricing guidelines.
• Follow up on open inquiries and quotations and maintain accurate opportunity status and customer feedback in CRM.
• Coordinate with Outside Sales, Engineering, Purchasing, Accounting, Production, and other internal teams to address customer needs.
• Maintain accurate customer, quotation, opportunity, forecast, and meeting information in CRM.
• Monitor customer orders and inventory status and communicate significant changes in demand or forecasts.
• Review account activity and provide sales forecasts and periodic activity reports.
• Support customer retention and identify opportunities to grow existing business.
• Assist with trade shows, exhibitions, and other business development or marketing activities as needed.
• Participate in annual physical inventory and other operational activities as required.
