Job summary

QXO is seeking an Inside Sales Representative in Georgia to grow existing accounts and develop new customers. You will work with the sales team to meet monthly quotas, provide product information, and ensure excellent customer service over the phone.

The role emphasizes identifying customer needs, recommending products, and increasing order size through cross-sell and upsell strategies. Local travel may be required in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age.
• Valid driver’s license if operating a vehicle for company purposes.
• At least 1 year of B2B sales experience.
• Strong presentation, communication, organization, multitasking and time management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team sales environment with minimal supervision.
• Experience with MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Generate new and repeat sales by providing product and technical information over the phone.
• Identify and meet customer requirements; recommend products and solutions.
• Cross-sell, up-sell, and promote promotional items to increase order value.
• Process orders, quotes, or returns accurately; provide stock availability details.
• Maintain customer files in CRM; monitor shipment dates and delivery.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Assist in inventory counts and weekly/monthly sales reports.
