Job summary

Renewal by Andersen of Lexington, KY is seeking four motivated Call Center Agents to join our team. You will make inbound and outbound calls to schedule in-home design consultations, follow scripts to qualify appointments, and maintain accurate records.

This role offers full-time hours (40 per week), a $20 per hour base pay, and a monthly bonus up to $1,000. We provide a benefits package including health, dental, vision, life insurance, paid time off, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of call center or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and stay self-motivated.
• Excellent active listening and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Make inbound and outbound calls and text leads/customers to schedule in-home design consultations.
• Follow scripts and processes to set qualified appointments.
• Maintain accurate customer records and appointment details in internal databases.
• Support Design Consultants by ensuring appointment information is complete and documented.
• Deliver exceptional customer service in line with Renewal by Andersen’s Signature Service Program.
• Represent the company professionally in every customer interaction.
