Renewal by Andersen of Oregon is seeking an Inside Sales Center Representative to handle inbound/outbound calls, schedule consultations, and guide homeowners through the scheduling process. This is a full-time, on-site role with a path for growth within a supportive team.

You’ll begin with a structured two-week training, earn $18–$21 per hour plus performance-based bonuses, and have the potential to reach $45,000–$70,000 in total annual compensation for top performers.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year in customer service, call center, or sales.
• Fluent in English; Spanish a plus.
• Motivated to meet performance goals and receptive to coaching.
• Basic computer proficiency; comfortable navigating multiple screens.
• High attention to detail; multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable commute to the Tualatin office.

Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement: Serve as the first point of contact for homeowners via inbound calls, delivering exceptional service.
• Appointment Scheduling: Make outbound calls to warm leads and schedule consultations.
• Customer Experience: Guide homeowners through scheduling with a professional, welcoming approach.
• Record Management: Maintain accurate CRM records of interactions.
• Team Collaboration: Work with sales to ensure calendar accuracy and smooth handoffs.
• Additional Duties: Assist with special projects as needed.
