Renewal by Andersen in Idaho is seeking a Call Center Agent to be the first voice homeowners hear on their Renewal by Andersen journey. You will connect with homeowners, uncover needs, build trust, and schedule high‑quality in-home consultations through outbound calls, inbound calls, and digital outreach.

Qualifications

• Customer service, call center, inside sales, or appointment setting experience is preferred, but not required.
• Experience in a fast paced, performance driven environment is a plus.
• Comfortable using technology and entering information accurately.

Responsibilities

• Connect with homeowners through high volume outbound calls, inbound calls, and digital communication.
• Build rapport, uncover homeowner needs, and schedule quality in-home consultations.
• Overcome objections with empathy and professionalism.
• Communicate value of in-home consultations and book earliest appropriate appointment.
• Accurately document homeowner information, project needs, and appointment details.
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve daily goals and contribute to a positive environment.
• Stay current on products, promotions, policies, and homeowner qualification standards.
