Job summary

Renewal by Andersen is seeking outgoing individuals to join our team. You’ll engage homeowners at events and retail sites, aiming to set qualified consultations for our Design Consultants. Earn a guaranteed base of $20/hour plus $25–$35 per qualified appointment and a 0.5% commission on the final sale.

You’ll work at home shows, fairs, and retail locations, indoors and outdoors, with mileage reimbursement for long travel and a collaborative team culture.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Driver’s License, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance.
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry up to 50 lbs frequently during shifts.
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions and flexible hours including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Engaging the Community: be the face of the brand at local events and retail sites.
• Setting the Stage: set qualified consultations for Design Consultants rather than selling products.
• Problem Solving: address customer needs with conversational agility and build trust.
