Job summary

Renewal by Andersen of Louisville, KY is seeking an enthusiastic Inside Sales Center team member to schedule in-home design consultations and support consultants. This full-time role requires strong communication and a customer-first attitude, with inbound/outbound calls and scripts to set qualified appointments.

Base pay is $20 per hour with a monthly bonus opportunity up to $1,000, plus PTO, holidays, and health, dental, vision, and life insurance.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of call center or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong ability to work independently and stay self-motivated.
• Excellent active listening and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Positive attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
• Energetic, versatile, and highly motivated.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Make inbound and outbound calls and send text messages to leads and existing customers to schedule in-home design consultation appointments.
• Follow provided scripts and processes to accurately set qualified appointments.
• Maintain accurate customer records and appointment details within internal databases.
• Support Design Consultants by ensuring appointment information is complete and properly documented.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers in alignment with Renewal by Andersen's Signature Service Program.
• Represent the company professionally and positively in every customer interaction.
