Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound calls, emails and walk-in inquiries with product information.
• Follow up with customers to understand needs and provide solutions.
• Provide pricing, availability, and quotes based on inventory and vendor catalogs.
• Recommend products based on application, specifications, and budget.
• Build and maintain relationships to drive repeat business.
• Prepare price quotes, bids, and proposals for projects.
• Process sales orders in ERP/CRM and coordinate delivery.
• Track orders and update customers on timelines.
• Maintain records in CRM and follow up on quotes.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure on-time fulfillment.
