You will support the sales team with quotes, order entry, and follow-up, acting as a friendly first contact for contractors, homeowners, and designers.

The role emphasizes front-office reception, organized showroom maintenance, and proactive customer service to create a welcoming experience and drive sales coordination.

Qualifications

• Customer service, receptionist, front-office support, showroom support, or inside sales experience preferred.
• Experience in building materials, construction, masonry, or showroom environments is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Warm, professional, and customer-focused demeanor.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced showroom.
• Comfortable handling phones, in-person inquiries, and walkthroughs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; willingness to learn ERP/CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet walk-in customers and visitors in a professional, friendly manner.
• Answer calls, route inquiries, and respond to general questions.
• Direct customers to the right salesperson or resource.
• Maintain a clean, organized front office and showroom.
• Keep samples, brochures, catalogs, and materials stocked.
• Assist customers with product selection and basic inquiries.
• Support sales with quotes, order entry, and follow-up.
• Process orders and coordinate with sales, warehouse, and delivery teams.
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up activity.
• Develop knowledge of masonry materials and vendor offerings.
