Qualifications

• Bi-Lingual (Spanish) is a plus.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.
• Basic math skills for quotes and order processing.
• Willingness to learn product knowledge for roofing materials.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and emails from customers and contractors.
• Quote projects for the outside sales team.
• Process completed orders and projects.
• Handle contractor accounts and returns as needed.
• Coordinate with dispatcher for deliveries and inventory.
