Job summary

Arizona Building Supply, a division of US LBM Holdings, LLC, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support new and existing customers with product information, quotes, orders, and delivery scheduling.

You will generate sales, maintain stock levels on the sales floor and stockroom, coordinate with outside sales and customers, and help resolve billing and order issues. A HS diploma and 1–3 years in the building materials industry are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of inside sales experience in building materials preferred.
• 1–3 years of building material industry knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding product selection, orders, prices, quotations, complaints, and scheduling of deliveries and installations.
• Initiate calls to customers to generate sales.
• Obtain orders from customers and sales representatives; enter work orders, returns, price lists, and service requests.
• Coordinate purchase and delivery of special products; obtain pricing specifications, uses and availability.
• Manage project schedules by coordinating with outside sales, jobsites, and assigned customers.
• Maintain stock levels on the sales floor and in the stockroom.
• Research credits, returns and late payments as needed.
• Check back orders and resolve outstanding issues; solve billing problems.
• Handle special orders and advanced pricing; assist with pricing and price lists.
• Develop and grow professional relationships with customers.
• Resolve jobsite issues and customer problems.
