Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills on the phone with homeowners.
• Comfort with high call volume and handling rejection.
• Ability to build rapport, qualify leads, and set quality appointments.
• Proficient with basic computer tools and CRM systems.

Responsabilités

• Make outbound calls to warm leads and answer inbound calls.
• Educate prospects on window, door, and gutter solutions in concise chats.
• Qualify homeowners and schedule appointments for Sales Reps.
• Meet daily/weekly KPIs for dials, appointments, and revenue impact.
