Global Home Improvement is seeking a personable Inside Sales Appointment Coordinator to join our rapidly expanding team in Springfield, NJ. You will be the first contact for homeowners, answering inquiries and scheduling in-home consultations for our sales team.

No cold calling; expect a fast-paced environment and onsite work. Responsibilities include outbound scheduling, prompt inbound responses, CRM data upkeep, and collaboration with sales/marketing.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer service, telemarketing, or appointment setting.
• CRM software: at least 1 year experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong phone presence and clear communication.
• Energetic, personable, and able to build rapport quickly.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with performance targets.
• Experience in in-home sales is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Make outbound calls to schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Respond promptly to inbound calls and online inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and appointment details in our CRM system.
• Follow up with leads to confirm appointments and address preliminary questions.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure quality leads are booked.
• Provide exceptional customer service, representing the company's brand and values.
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment-setting goals.
