Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recent experience in outbound appointment setting or high-volume call-center sales.
• Proven history of meeting or exceeding appointment, conversion, or sales goals.
• Experience with structured scripts, rebuttals, and objection handling.

Responsibilities

• Make a high volume of outbound calls to new, existing, and aged leads.
• Qualify homeowners using Matrix criteria and book qualified in-home appointments.
• Schedule in-home consultations for the sales team and document interactions in CRM.
• Meet or exceed call-center KPIs and participate in coaching and training.
