We seek producers with a proven track record in outbound calling and lead conversion. Candidates should be comfortable working from structured scripts and meeting aggressive targets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of outbound appointment-setting or high-volume call-center sales experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding appointment/conversion goals.
• Experience using structured scripts and objection-handling frameworks.
• Proficient with CRM, lead-management, or dialer systems.
• Strong verbal communication, listening skills, and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Make a high volume of outbound calls to new and aged leads.
• Qualify homeowners using Matrix criteria and book in-home appointments.
• Follow a company-approved script and handle objections effectively.
• Document interactions and follow-up in the CRM with accuracy.
• Meet or exceed call-center KPIs and participate in coaching.
