Job summary

You will drive RFQs, assist with product selection and sizing, coordinate with production, and participate in trainings and after-hours on-call rotation; regular attendance is essential.

Responsibilities

• Receive correspondence from external and internal customers and respond promptly.
• Handle RFQs and provide technical/support, factory and product support, and delivery expediting.
• Facilitate customer requirements for product selection, sizing, and assembly.
• Ensure that inside efforts align with the production team.
• Support accounting with problem invoices, returns, and general customer account data.
• Uphold JHC Total Customer Commitment standards at all times.
• Collaborate with JHC product principals as needed.
• Attend and participate in required trainings.
• Participate in after-hours and weekend on-call rotation.
• Procure product information for customers.
• Be a team player and work well in a group.
• Accurately complete quotes, order entries, and purchase orders.
• Build and cultivate solid relationships with customers.
• Handle a demanding workload with urgency and multi-tasking; manage interruptions.
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.

• Support JHC accounting department with problem invoices, returns, and general customer account information
• Understand and ensure that the JHC TCC (Total Customer Commitment) standards are upheld at all times
• Work closely with and support the JHC product principals when required to do so
• Attend and participate in required trainings
• Participate in the after hour and weekend ‘On-Call’ rotation
• Procure product and product information for customers
• Be a team player, and work well as group
