Job summary

Terminal Supply Company is seeking an Inside Sales Account Manager to establish and grow relationships with a diverse customer base, including prospective, active, inactive, key/national and new accounts. The role requires meeting monthly sales quotas while delivering exceptional customer service.

After a 2-month on-site training period in Troy MI, the position becomes remote and requires that applicants reside within the area.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred.
• Manage a portfolio of existing accounts and build relationships with key decision-makers.
• Generate new business through lead generation and outbound/inbound inquiries.
• Maintain and update CRM with accounts, contacts, activities and pipeline status.

Responsibilities

• Establish and develop positive selling relationships with customers, including prospective, active, inactive, key/national and new accounts.
• Meet monthly sales quotas and KPIs.
