Job summary

Terminal Supply Company is seeking an Inside Sales Account Manager to develop and deepen relationships with a range of customers, from prospect to national accounts. You will meet monthly sales quotas, provide excellent service, and collaborate with marketing, product, and customer support to tailor solutions.

The role begins on-site and transitions to remote after two months of on-site training in Troy, MI, with a requirement to live within the area.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred
• Manage a portfolio of existing accounts, building strong relationships with key decision-makers to identify their needs and provide tailored solutions
• Generate new business through lead generation, outbound calls, and follow-up on inbound inquiries
• Maintain and update CRM system with accurate account and contact information, sales activities, and pipeline status
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, customer support) to deliver excellent customer service and resolve any issues
• Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
• Continuously identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products and services to existing clients
