Job summary

Terminal Supply Company is seeking a field sales professional to manage and grow accounts across a set Texas territory. You will service customers directly from a company vehicle, making multiple daily stops and building strong relationships with shop personnel and business owners.

The role emphasizes prospecting, cold calls, and dynamic account development while collaborating with the Business Development team and Accounts Receivable for collections.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred within a field sales role.
• Experience servicing customers within assigned territory.
• Ability to develop new accounts and follow up on leads.
• Coordinate with AR for monthly collections.
• Willingness to travel for trade shows as required.
• Maintain accurate inventory and rotate stock to stay saleable.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow accounts through face-to-face field sales.
• Service customers directly from a stocked company vehicle.
• Make 15-20 daily stops within your assigned territory.
• Build relationships with mechanics, shop foremen, engineers, purchasing teams, and business owners.
• Prospect and cold call to develop new accounts.
