AlphaGraphics is seeking an Account Manager in Johns Creek, GA to drive inside sales within existing accounts and deliver top-tier client experiences. You will deepen client relationships, coordinate with production teams, and manage orders as complete projects to meet timelines and budgets.

Ideal candidates are highly energetic, customer-focused, and skilled at proactive quoting, opportunity recognition, and revenue growth across multiple contacts.

Responsibilities

• Customer Experience: Provide a top-tier customer experience to delight clients and exceed their expectations.
• Problem Resolution: Present solutions when challenges arise and resolve customer complaints with five-star service.
• Production Liaison: Bridge customers' requests to the production team, maintaining attention to costs, stock, capabilities, and timeframes.
• Project Management: Manage orders as complete projects to meet quality and on-time standards; arrange vendors, confirm stock and pricing, update clients, and perform final quality checks.
