AlphaGraphics Duluth | Johns Creek is seeking a Business Development Manager / Account Manager to drive inside sales and deepen our footprint in existing accounts. You will provide top-tier customer experience, coordinate with production, and manage projects to deliver on time and within budgets.

Responsibilities

• Customer Experience: Provide a top-tier customer experience to delight clients and exceed their expectations.
• Problem Resolution: Present solutions when challenges arise and resolve customer complaints with five-star service.
• Production Liaison: Bridge customers' requests to the production team, maintaining attention to costs, stock, capabilities, and timeframes.
• Project Management: Manage orders as complete projects to meet quality and on-time standards. Make vendor arrangements, discuss capabilities with production, confirm stock availability & pricing, proactively update clients, and complete final quality control checks.
