• Recruit new clients and expand offerings while retaining existing customers.
• Communicate confidently with customers via phone, email and in‑person.
• Manage time, stay organized and work well in a team or solo.
• Guide customers from engagement to project completion and upsell when possible.
• Prepare timely, professional job estimates and price reviews.
