AlphaGraphics US 219 is seeking a Client Relations and Account Manager to boost center sales while supporting staff and clients on projects. You will cultivate new customers, maintain accounts, and grow our apparel product line, ensuring a high-quality client experience throughout the process.

The role blends client communication with operations support, requiring strong writing and verbal skills, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Account management experience is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of graphics and prepress is a plus.
• Solid knowledge of MIS systems and order entry processes.
• Professional communication with customers in a respectful manner.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
• Professional appearance and decorum.

Responsibilities

• Increase the center’s sales and support staff and client with projects, focusing on drawing in new customers and expanding accounts.
• Lead efforts in the Apparel product line and ensure positive client experiences.
• Provide job estimates and review pricing for accuracy.
• Maintain center accounts and update the client database.
• Assist Customer Service and marketing functions as needed.
• Follow up on leads and keep customers informed on job progress.
