Job Summary We are seeking an Inside Sales professional for a direct hire opportunity in Torrance, CA. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, customer-focused sales support professional with 1-2 years of experience who enjoys managing orders, assisting customers, coordinating with internal teams, and keeping daily operations moving smoothly.

The Inside Sales position supports customer order processing, quotations, software licensing, inventory coordination, shipping schedules, and inbound customer inquiries. Key Responsibilities

• Process customer orders and software orders accurately using Microsoft Dynamics AX and internal company systems.
• Respond to 50-75 inbound customer calls per day while handling additional customer inquiries by phone and email.
• Prepare customer quotations, generate software licenses, and maintain accurate customer records and electronic documentation.
• Coordinate with sales teams, factories, technical support, and internal departments to resolve order discrepancies, RMAs, shipping delays, and customer issues.
• Manage order activity related to inventory, forecasts, shipping schedules, returns, and shipping discrepancies.
• Perform high-volume data entry, prepare reports, and support daily administrative office operations with strong attention to detail.

Compensation and Benefits

• Direct hire opportunity.
• Salary: $55,000 per year.
• Location: Torrance, CA.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Manage customer orders, quotations, software licenses, and order documentation from entry through completion.
• Support high-volume inbound customer communication by phone and email.
• Coordinate inventory, forecasts, shipping schedules, returns, and order issue resolution.
• Maintain ERP/CRM systems, customer records, reports, and electronic documentation.
• 1-2 years of inside sales, sales support, order processing, customer service, or administrative support experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX or similar ERP systems is strongly preferred.
• Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle high call volume while maintaining professionalism and customer focus.
• Strong communication skills for working with customers, sales teams, technical support, factories, and internal departments.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, follow up on open issues, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with general office systems, CRM/ERP platforms, email, and electronic documentation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting software orders, software license generation, or technical product orders.
• Experience managing RMAs, shipping discrepancies, returns, and order delays.
• Previous experience in a sales operations, customer service, or distribution-related environment.
• Familiarity with inventory coordination, forecasting support, and order reporting.
