Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately, including sales orders, purchase orders, forecasts, ship dates, quantities, and related order details in ERP and order processing systems.
• Coordinate order activity from entry through delivery, including production schedule updates, shipping changes, cancellations, backorders, and shipment issues.
• Respond to customer, distributor, and internal inquiries by phone and email regarding orders, inventory, products, shipments, and delivery status.
• Process and follow up on RMAs, returns, shipment discrepancies, and other order-related issues.
• Monitor customer inventory levels, assist with weekly and monthly forecasts, and collaborate with internal and external teams to finalize forecast updates.
• Maintain accurate customer, product, quotation, CRM, and order documentation while generating weekly and monthly reports.

Key Responsibilities

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary: $55,000 per year.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Process and manage customer orders from entry through fulfillment using ERP or order processing systems.
• Coordinate shipping, inventory, forecasting, backorders, RMAs, and order issue resolution.
• Communicate with customers, distributors, factories, contract manufacturers, and internal sales teams.
• Maintain accurate order, customer, product, quotation, CRM, and reporting documentation.
• 3+ years of experience in order processing, order management, customer service, or sales support.
• Experience using an ERP system or web-based business software for order processing or customer support.
• Strong understanding of order entry, inventory management, shipping processes, and customer order fulfillment.
• Ability to interpret forecasts, monitor inventory levels, and support weekly and monthly planning activities.
• Basic Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional customer service mindset.
• High attention to detail with strong accuracy, follow-through, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, collaborate with teams, and adapt to changing business needs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing, distribution, factory support, or contract manufacturing environment.
• Experience supporting distributor programs, hub order processing, part number registration, stock rotation, or CRM-based inquiry management.
