Job summary

Motus Freight is hiring an Inside Recruiter and we’re looking for someone who knows how to source, engage, and close.

You’ll thrive with at least 6 months of recruiting experience, especially for Sales Executives or Freight Brokers, sourcing on LinkedIn and job boards, and managing multiple opportunities with energy and urgency.

Qualifications

• 6 months+ recruiting experience, Recruiting Sales Executives/Freight Brokers experience preferred
• Confident sourcing on LinkedIn, job boards, and beyond
• Proactive: go find candidates instead of waiting
• Able to manage multiple opportunities without dropping the ball
• Brings energy, urgency, and competitiveness to the table

Responsibilities

• Source and engage candidates for open roles at Motus Freight
• Close top candidates and move them through the hiring process
• Partner with leadership to build a strong recruiting pipeline
