Central Transport in Warren, MI is seeking an Entry Level Driver Recruiter to join our HQ team. You’ll manage full-cycle recruiting for CDL drivers and other roles across our network, thriving in a fast-paced, high-call environment.

No experience required—we’ll train the right person. This entry point into recruiting, HR, or operations offers competitive pay, uncapped bonuses, and strong growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, HR, Logistics, or related field.
• Strong communication skills and comfort on the phone.
• Organized, detail-oriented and self-motivated with ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for CDL drivers, dock workers, and support roles.
• Source candidates using job boards, databases, and outbound outreach.
• Screen applicants and conduct phone interviews.
• Make 30–50 outbound calls and handle 15–20 inbound calls daily.
• Track candidates and activity in ATS/HR systems.
• Keep pipelines full and hiring managers supported.
