Job summary

Motus Freight is seeking an Inside Recruiter to source, engage, and close top talent from multiple channels across the US market. You will drive the candidate pipeline and manage expectations with hiring managers.

You will own a candidate experience, handle multiple openings, and bring energy and urgency to move hires quickly and efficiently.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting Sales Executives or Freight Brokers preferred.
• Ability to source on multiple platforms and move candidates through the funnel.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates across platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals).
• Engage candidates to build interest and assess fit.
• Close candidates and support offer processes.
