Job summary

CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC seeks an Inside Loan Originator to convert inbound premium leads into loans by promoting CCM’s mortgage products and programs. You will consult with customers on financing needs, collect supporting documents, and maintain production quality standards.

Responsibilities include meeting prospects, counseling borrowers, handling mortgage applications by phone, managing a personal pipeline, and staying current with product changes. SAFE Act licenses are a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales or origination experience in a consumer direct or call center environment is required.
• Experience collecting and analyzing borrower income and negotiating using those insights.
• Experience proactively soliciting new business and converting inbound leads.

Responsibilities

• Establish CCM presence by converting incoming leads.
• Analyze current rates and programs to provide accurate information to borrowers.
• Negotiate terms and conditions with borrowers.
• Participate in all steps of mortgage loan origination, including meeting prospects and taking applications by phone.
• Manage personal pipeline to meet service standards and financial goals.
• Learn and stay current with borrowing programs, processes and in-house systems.
• Evaluate credit requests and identify market trends.
• Ensure compliance with applicable federal and state guidelines.
• Available to work varying hours and overtime as needed.
