Job summary

CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC is seeking an Inside Loan Originator to convert inbound premium leads into loans by promoting CCM's mortgage products and programs. You will discuss clients’ current and future needs, collect loan documents, and maintain production standards.

The role requires evaluating borrower income, negotiating terms, and managing a personal pipeline while staying updated on products and regulatory guidelines. Strong communication and MS Office proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of sales or origination experience in consumer direct or call center environments.
• Experience collecting and analyzing borrower income and negotiating skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• NMLS license is preferred; state license is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Establish a presence for CCM, including converting incoming leads.
• Analyze current rates and programs to provide accurate information to borrowers.
• Negotiate terms and conditions with borrowers.
• Participate in all steps of mortgage loan origination, including meetings, counseling, and application intake by phone.
• Manage personal pipeline to meet service standards and financial goals.
• Learn and utilize in-house systems and stay current with product changes.
• Evaluate credit requests and trends in the marketplace.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state guidelines.
• Available to work varying hours and overtime if needed.
