Job summary

CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC is seeking an Inside Loan Originator in Cleveland, OH to convert inbound leads into loans and advise customers on mortgage options. You will analyze rates, explain programs, and negotiate terms while maintaining a strong pipeline and ensuring compliance.

The role requires handling inquiries by phone, guiding applicants through the process, and leveraging CCM’s product suite to meet client financing needs. A proactive, customer-focused mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of sales or origination experience in consumer direct or call center.
• Experience collecting and analyzing borrower income and negotiating terms.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and in-house systems; ability to work with leads and data.

Responsibilities

• Convert inbound premium leads to loans by presenting CCM mortgage products.
• Analyze rates/programs to provide accurate, timely information to borrowers.
• Negotiate terms and conditions with borrowers to close loans.
• Manage personal pipeline to meet service standards and financial goals.
• Assist borrowers through the mortgage application and documentation process.
