Job summary

CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC is seeking an Inside Loan Originator to convert inbound premium leads into loans and promote CCM's mortgage products. You will review borrower needs, collect documentation, and manage a personal pipeline to meet production standards.

You will analyze rates, negotiate with borrowers, and guide applicants through the mortgage process while staying compliant with federal and state regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of sales or origination experience.
• Experience collecting and analyzing borrower income.
• Experience proactively soliciting new business.
• NMLS license or State license is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Establish a CCM presence by converting incoming leads.
• Analyze current rates and programs to provide accurate information to borrowers.
• Negotiate terms with borrowers.
• Participate in all steps related to origination of a mortgage loan including meeting prospects and counseling borrowers.
• Manage personal pipeline to meet service standards and financial goals.
• Learn and utilize in-house systems and programs.
• Evaluate credit requests and trends in the marketplace.
• Comply with federal and state guidelines.
• Available to work varying hours and overtime if needed.
