Job summary

Sentinel Offender Services, LLC seeks a Case Manager to install electronic monitoring equipment inside the County Jail and support the County’s Electronic Monitoring program. The role is full-time in San Francisco, CA, with a pay range around $26.75–$27.00 per hour and benefits including health insurance, PTO, 401(k), vision, and EAP.

A HS diploma or equivalent is required, plus a background check. The Case Manager will manage equipment installation/removal, maintain records, assist with data

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent; background check and drug test required.
• Professional communication with law enforcement, judges, employees, and program participants.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office applications and other Windows-based programs.

Responsibilities

• Install and remove various electronic monitoring equipment as requested using directed safety precautions.
• Provide support for service and maintenance of equipment.
• Keep accurate records of installations.
• Inspect and maintain all monitoring and testing equipment, this includes cleaning equipment.
• Assist with data entry of activity schedules as required.
• Telephone calls to participants when needed
• Shipping and receiving functions for equipment and supplies per established procedures.
• Serve as a liaison between Sentinel and contracted agency
• May perform field service calls when needed
