Job summary

Sentinel Offender Services, LLC is seeking a Case Manager for Criminal Justice - Client Monitoring in Phoenix, AZ. The role handles an assigned caseload of offenders under electronic monitoring, enforcing restrictions ordered by the court and related agencies.

The position is full-time, with hours 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Requires two years in criminal justice or related field; an associate degree is preferred but a high school diploma is required.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience in criminal justice or related field; education accepted in lieu of experience.
• Associate degree preferred; High School Diploma required.
• Must pass criminal background investigation and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for participant’s program orientation.
• Reviews participant’s financial information for fee assessment.
• Sets guidelines and schedule for Electronic Monitoring program.
• Conducts weekly or bi-weekly participant compliance appointments.
• Reviews and interprets daily participant exception reports and investigates non-compliance.
• Install or visually inspect electronic monitoring equipment.
• Testify in court for participants who have not met requirements.
• Administer required drug testing.
• Maintain an auditable case file for all participants.
• Attend Court to enroll and instruct court-ordered participants in the Supervised Release Program.
