Job summary

Sentinel Offender Services is seeking a Case Manager in San Francisco to install electronic monitoring equipment for inmates released through the County’s Electronic Monitoring program. The role is full-time with hourly pay of $26.75–$27.00.

Responsibilities include installation, maintenance, record-keeping, communications, and liaison duties within a law-enforcement context. The position requires a HS diploma or equivalent and may involve field service.

Qualifications

• Professional communication with department, judges, employees, and program participants.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows-based programs.
• Ability to understand and communicate detailed information.
• Ability to prepare written reports and maintain accurate records; strong presentation and persuasive skills.

Responsibilities

• Install and remove electronic monitoring equipment as requested with proper safety precautions.
• Provide support for service and maintenance of equipment.
• Keep accurate records of installations.
• Inspect and maintain monitoring and testing equipment, including cleaning.
• Assist with data entry of activity schedules as required.
• Make telephone calls to participants when needed.
• Handle shipping and receiving for equipment and supplies per procedures.
• Serve as liaison between Sentinel and contracted agency.
• May perform field service calls when needed.
