Job summary

Sentinel Offender Services, LLC is seeking a Case Manager in Dallas to oversee an assigned caseload of offenders under electronic monitoring. The role requires effective communication of program rules and billing details, while ensuring compliance with sentencing guidelines.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience in criminal justice or related field; education accepted in lieu of experience.
• Must pass criminal background investigation and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of offenders on electronic monitoring under court/sentencing guidance.
• Explain program rules, fees, and contract requirements to participants.
• Review financial information and determine daily rate payable by participants.
• Set monitoring guidelines and schedules for electronic monitoring.
• Conduct regular compliance appointments and prepare case reports.
• Install or inspect electronic monitoring equipment as required.
• Testify in court when necessary and maintain auditable case files.
• Attend court to enroll participants in the Supervised Release Program.
