Job summary

Sentinel Offender Services seeks a Case Manager to manage an assigned caseload of offenders on electronic monitoring. You will enforce court-ordered restrictions and provide comprehensive case management for participants in the Supervised Release Program.

Responsibilities include conducting orientations, calculating daily rates, scheduling monitoring, collecting fees, reviewing activity reports, and maintaining detailed case files.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience in criminal justice or related field; education accepted in lieu of experience.
• Must successfully pass criminal background investigation and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide orientation; communicate program rules and contract requirements.
• Determine daily fee and participant financial responsibility.
• Set monitoring guidelines and schedules for electronic monitoring.
• Conduct weekly/bi-weekly compliance appointments and review activity documentation.
• Prepare reports/notices for case file and sentencing department; adjust fees as needed.
• Review daily participant exception reports and investigate non-compliance.
• Install or visually inspect electronic monitoring equipment.
• Testify in court when required; administer drug testing.
• Maintain auditable case files for all participants.
• Attend court to enroll and instruct participants in the Supervised Release Program.
