Job summary

Sentinel Offender Services in Greenville, SC is seeking a Case Manager to handle an assigned caseload of offenders on electronic monitoring, under court and agency supervision. You will communicate program rules, manage fees, set monitoring guidelines, and prepare reports for the court.

The role requires reliability, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work with diverse partners. This full-time position offers health and vision insurance, paid time off, and employee assistance

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience in criminal justice or related field; education accepted in lieu of experience
• Must successfully pass criminal background investigation and drug screening

Responsibilities

• Orient participants to program rules, regulations and contract requirements
• Determine daily participant fees and payment responsibility
• Set guidelines for Electronic Monitoring and schedule
• Conduct weekly or bi-weekly compliance appointments and review activity reports
• Review daily exception reports for non-compliance
• Install or inspect electronic monitoring equipment
• Testify in court for non-compliant participants
• Administer required drug testing
• Maintain auditable case files
• Attend Court to enroll participants in the Supervised Release Program
