• Education: Associate's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with MS Office.
• Entry-level work experience or training accepted.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and deliver excellent customer service.

Responsabilités

• Process telephone orders, respond to calls, faxes and emails promptly.
• Maintain and grow customer sales and gross profits to meet growth objectives.
• Enter orders into Eclipse and Salesforce and document transactions per quality procedures.
• Follow up on quotes and provide feedback to outside sales reps.
• Use company resources to provide excellent customer service.
• Initiate solutions for customer issues and ensure long-term resolution.
• Expedite orders when needed.
• Maintain quality service per Kendall Group policies.
