Job summary

The Kendall Group in Michigan is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join the Sales team. Reporting to the Location Manager, you will maintain positive customer relationships by delivering excellent service and accurately processing orders.

Your day-to-day includes handling telephone orders, entering data in Eclipse and Salesforce, communicating delivery timelines, and resolving issues to support growth and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Experience with MS Office and client communications preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Process telephone orders and respond to calls, faxes, and emails promptly.
• Maintain and grow customer sales and gross profits to meet growth objectives.
• Enter orders into Eclipse and Salesforce and document transactions per procedures.
• Follow up on quotes and relay feedback to outside sales representatives.
• Provide excellent customer service using company resources and vendors.
• Resolve issues and expedite orders when needed.
• Adhere to Kendall Group policies and perform other duties as assigned.
