Job summary

The Kendall Group is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support the Sales team by fostering positive customer relationships and accurately processing orders and requirements. This role reports to the Location Manager and will play a key part in ensuring timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

You will help manage delivery expectations, product availability, and freight details, while entering orders into Eclipse and Salesforce, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with MS Office.
• Strong interpersonal communications and problem-solving skills.
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and coordinate with internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Process telephone orders, respond to inquiries from customers, and manage incoming communications.
• Maintain and grow customer sales and gross profits to meet growth objectives.
• Enter orders into Eclipse and Salesforce and document transactions per company procedures.
• Follow up on quotes and provide feedback to outside sales representatives to close deals.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and ensure long-term satisfaction.
