Job summary

The Kendall Group is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join its Sales team in the United States. You will maintain positive customer relationships, accurately process orders, manage delivery expectations and freight coordination, and help resolve disputes while ensuring quality service.

You will work with Eclipse and Salesforce, adhere to company procedures, and support outside sales reps to follow up on quotes and drive orders, all within a dynamic, employee-owned environment.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with MS Office and customer service.
• Strong organization and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Process telephone orders and respond to customer inquiries promptly.
• Maintain customer relationships and grow sales and gross profits.
• Enter orders into Eclipse and Salesforce and document transactions.
• Coordinate with outside sales representatives and resolve issues.
