Job summary

The Kendall Group, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support the Sales team and manage customer orders. You will maintain positive customer relationships and ensure accurate order processing, delivery expectations, and product availability.

This is an entry-level role with growth opportunities and training in a 100% employee-owned company. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will work in a fast-paced environment, handling calls, emails, and orders while upholding Kendall

Qualifications

• Entry-level role requiring an associate’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using MS Office for analytics and reporting.
• Ability to interface with customers, suppliers and outside sales reps.

Responsibilities

• Process telephone orders.
• Respond to incoming calls, faxes, and e-mail messages from customers promptly.
• Enter orders into Eclipse and Salesforce and document transactions per procedures.
• Assist customers with delivery expectations and product availability.
• Support freight expectations and dispute resolution; follow up on quotes.
