Job summary

CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC is seeking an Inside Construction Loan Officer to convert inbound premium leads into loans and advise borrowers on financing options. You will manage a personal pipeline, analyze current rates, and stay current with product changes while promoting CCM’s mortgage programs.

Responsibilities include meeting with prospects by phone, collecting documentation, negotiating terms, and ensuring production and quality standards in a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• NMLS license and state license required under SAFE Act.
• 5–10 years of construction sales or construction origination experience.
• Experience collecting and analyzing borrower income and negotiating skills.
• Experience converting leads and inbound calls preferred.
• Knowledge of retail product philosophy, underwriting, procedures, documentation, and systems.
• Excellent analytical skills and communication abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Establish CCM presence by converting incoming leads.
• Analyze current rates and programs to provide timely information to borrowers.
• Negotiate terms with borrowers.
• Meet with prospects, counsel borrowers, and take mortgage applications by phone.
• Manage a personal pipeline to meet service standards and financial goals.
• Learn and stay current with changes and new products.
• Learn and utilize in-house systems and programs.
• Evaluate credit requests and identify market trends.
• Comply with applicable federal and state compliance guidelines.
• Available to work varying hours and overtime if needed.
