Job summary

CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC (CCM) is seeking an Inside Construction Loan Officer to convert premium inbound leads into loans and promote CCM mortgage products. You’ll review documentation, assess borrower goals, and maintain production and quality standards.

Responsibilities include meeting prospects, counseling borrowers, taking applications by phone, and managing a personal pipeline. The role requires compliance with laws and flexibility in hours.

Qualifications

• NMLS license required under SAFE Act
• State license required under SAFE Act
• 5–10 years construction sales/origination experience in consumer direct or call center
• Experience collecting and analyzing borrower income; negotiating
• Experience proactively soliciting new business; converting leads/inbound calls
• Knowledge of retail product philosophy, underwriting, procedures, documentation, systems
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Veterans encouraged to apply; experience with military veterans preferred

Responsibilities

• Establish CCM presence by converting inbound leads
• Analyze current rates/programs to provide accurate information to borrowers
• Negotiate terms and conditions with borrowers
• Manage all steps of mortgage origination via meetings, counseling, and applications
• Maintain a personal pipeline to meet service standards and financial goals
• Learn borrowing programs and stay current with changes and new products
• Utilize in-house systems and programs to support operations
• Evaluate credit requests and identify market trends
• Comply with federal/state guidelines; work varying hours and overtime as needed
