• Active Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license under the SAFE Act.
• 1+ years of direct sales experience in the mortgage industry.
• Experience conducting outbound sales calls and phone-based outreach.
• Ability to initiate and lead phone-based sales conversations with prospective clients.
• Proven ability to stay focused in goal-driven sales environments.
• Proactive in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
• Willingness to accept feedback and improve performance over time.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound inquiries and guide prospective borrowers through the initial application process.
• Conduct daily outbound calls to targeted lead lists to generate additional loan opportunities.
• Manage all assigned leads with timely outreach, consistent follow-up, and thorough documentation.
• Conduct clear, compliant, and efficient mortgage-related conversations with prospective clients.
• Maintain and advance a personal loan pipeline by coordinating next steps and moving applications toward closing.
• Stay consistent with calls, follow-ups, and client touchpoints to maximize conversion and overall production.
