Qualifications

• Minimum five years of sales experience, inside sales preferred, in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with sales automation and CRM tools is preferred (Salesforce preferred).
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Sources new sales opportunities by following up on assigned leads, prospecting, and cold calling.
• Identifies and engages with prospective customers to introduce CCOA’s advertising solutions by phone, email, and social media.
• Understands prospect’s buying points and develops a value proposition specific to the customer’s needs and goals.
• Conducts client needs analysis and negotiates with local and regional customers.
• Achieves monthly activity and sales quotas to drive success.
• Forecasts sales activity and revenue achievement to hit monthly and yearly budget goals.
• Leads sales presentations using online meeting tools and CRM data to support opportunities.
• Maintains accurate activity in CRM (Salesforce) to manage pipeline and follow up with prospects.
