Job summary

Clear Channel Outdoor seeks an Inside Sales Representative in Florida to engage with prospects and customers in key markets, matching business needs with out-of-home advertising solutions. This role operates in a high-volume environment, driving new business through lead activation and effective follow-up.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of sales experience (inside sales preferred) and familiarity with Salesforce, in a dynamic setting. Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, experience.
• Experience in a fast-paced sales environment with quotas and advertising or related products.

Responsibilities

• Sources new sales opportunities by following up on assigned leads, prospecting, and cold calling.
• Identifies and engages with prospective customers to introduce advertising solutions by phone, email, and social media.
• Develops a value proposition aligned with customer needs and goals.
• Conducts CNA and negotiates with local and regional customers.
• Meets monthly activity and sales quotas; forecasts activity and revenue.
• Leads sales presentations using online meeting tools.
• Records activity in CRM (Salesforce) to maintain pipeline and follow up.
