Job summary

TW Metals, LLC seeks an Account Sales Associate to manage assigned accounts and deliver outstanding customer service. You will build supplier relationships and work with the Territory Manager to grow new business while meeting budget targets.

You will plan workloads, analyze market needs, and contribute to pricing strategies. Strong communication, Excel/Word skills, and willingness to learn are essential.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in any specialty is preferred.
• No metal industry or sales experience necessary; training provided.
• Strong communication skills in verbal and written form.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word; comfortable with basic math.

Responsibilities

• Manages sales activities of assigned accounts with high-level customer service.
• Develops and sustains supplier and customer relationships to stay competitive.
• Collaborates with Territory Manager to grow new business and reach targets.
• Plans and organizes workload to maximize productivity.
• Reviews market analyses to determine customer needs, volumes, pricing.
• Assists in developing sales campaigns to meet customer goals.
